   Before blaming this team for it’s ‘past failures’, keep this in mind–Crisp and Jacobs weren’t here for any of them, and Meche, Grieneke, Gordon, Butler, Guillen, and Soria have all been key parts of a team that has increased their wins each year for the past three seasons.
   Maybe it’s not happening as quickly as we would like, but it’s happening.
   It was said when Moore was hired that he would need three solid years to change the culture.We’re three months away from that three-year mark and the culture is indeed changing.
   Looking back is wasted time–the franchise as a whole is clearly on the upswing.
   Let’s give these guys a chance…
