Nothing worse than a Broke Dick. Best wishes to you Dick. You ran a great place. Never had a bad night at Blayney’s. Bartenders and wait staff were always friendly and courteous. Gonna miss it just like The Lone Star, London’s, Guitars and Cadillacs, Lynn Dickey’s and most of all Westport One. As Shooting Star says…”the train rolls on, long after you’re gone”.

What a shame…when I was younger Blayney’s was a must stop during any Westport adveture…played there a few times too. This news really makes me yern for those days of Blayney’s, The Lone Star, Stanford’s, The Harris House, The Hurricane…man I drank a lot of beer and met a lot of girls! Sad Indeed!!!
