So I was wrong, dead wrong…
KU Basketball is becoming the Chiefs of the 90’s. Good teams but early exits from the post season. However what saves Bill Self is the 2008 national title. The problem is KU is getting bounced every year by NOBODIES. Teams lucky to even be in the tournament.
Who the fuck was Bucknell? Who the fuck was Northern Iowa?
This year KU was the No. 1 seed. It had a simple, couldn’t-be-easier path to the Final Four. All they had to do was beat VCU. Who the fuck are they?
So Bill has to wear the "got beat who-the-fuck" tag now.
This wasn’t North Carolina or Duke, it was a NOBODY! Again! Yes, it hurts. No, KU is not tough. Roy’s teams were not tough either. Look how Paul Pierce played for KU, and look at him now in the NBA. He’s a tough guy for Boston.
Kansas had the three big guys.
The Morris Twins and Thomas Robinson but they got smoked. It might have helped if KU could shoot in a two-foot shot once a year. Are you kidding me – 30 points per half, and no they were not any better in the second half.

the game and saw the real ku team without any outside scoring…which is neccesary to win the title.

because I knew KU had faced little if any close games that meant anything thru the year.

before the bandagon crowd jumped on this eventual bad game. Every team has one

I too was wrong in my prediction that KU would not advance beyond the Sweet 16 this year. I was correct in my preseason prognostication that KU had to pay for Lew Perkins sins. I think it’s safe to say the cosmic, karmic scoreboard is even. They choked yesterday like the Olsen Twins going down on Bob Saget. Yesterdays loss will be a deathbed memory for many Jayhawks. It doesn’t get much worse.

And on sunday they were in trouble. VCU had skeen who could force inside shot and
work outside and the twins hadn’t seen that all year. And they got confused.
The guards that were so good against all the patsy big 12 schools were nothing against
the vcu team. They didn’t even put hands up against 3 point shot during game (watch the
defense of these weak links)
You can’t win in ncaa without outside shoot…or 3 point shooters because of the
low number of possessions in the whole game….3 points is like one andhalf possessions
and ku when pressured couldn’t deliver.
I pointed this all out….while jack the beanstalk….kk the idiot….wright the nose all
forgot what it took to win the tournament.

game tape and saw how it confused the ku team. In columbia ….had mu shot just 10% better
from the field they beat ku and they caused a ton of ku turnovers.

First Harley you have to at least name a couple teams going to the final four. You named zero. Saying KU won’t make it, well they were a 5 to 1 underdog to win it all once the tournament was announced, the seatings. So the odss were not with them. Expectations for KU are very high…. Just like the Yankess, Bosox, Pats, Duke, NC, Lakers…. KU is used to this… so are the other mentioned teams. High standards. The losing hurts more… No Doubt… But I have already forgot who Missouri lost to.
