I guess what I don’t understand is why Highwoods would give unacceptable terms to re:Verse at (or kick them out of) one Plaza location only to work out a deal at another.
I also don’t see the ultra lounge/bottle service model being successful for the foreseeable future, at least anywhere in KC.

HC: I think it’s reasonable to assume that the Plaza has something strategic in mind when it comes to moving re-Verse. A better fit or something else they can do that’s more profitable with the particular space. Chances are, we’ll find out before too terribly long.
