New Jack City: Will Conan O’Brien Have Last Laff Sunday Night?

I hadn’t planned on watching the PRIMETIME EMMYS this Sunday night.

But on second thought I think I will.

Why?

Because Conan O’Brien is nominated in the Outstanding Variety, Music or Comedy Series catagory for his short-lived stint as NBC’s TONIGHT SHOW host.

And should he win, his acceptance speech could be one for the books!

That’s because O’Brien’s settlement with the Peacock Network allegedly legally prohibits him from saying whatever he wants about his former bosses during the acceptance speech. Or for that matter

    I watched Conan’s interview on 60 Minutes and thought he handled himself real well. I can’t imagine him doing anything that would cut into his fat paycheck from NBC.
