To do the right thing, or not to do it…
That is the question facing Missouri governor Jay Nixon where a bill to drop the hammer on strip clubs and adult bookstores is concerned. Lee’s Summit Republican Sen. Matt Bartle’s strip show stopper legistlation, restricting adult entertainment businesses in Missouri has passed both houses and awaits signing by Nixon.
Or maybe not…
“We’re waiting to see what the governor’s going to do and if he doesn’t veto it, we’re going to sue the state again,” says Richard Bryant,

the right thing to do…
is vote out the politicians who even want to
think about this crappy bill when the
state of Missouri faces extreme job cuts…
services cuts…huge budget deficits.
Why waste time with this. The state has
decimated the publicly financed hospitals
in the state and they want to discuss
strip clubs?
The state has no money…broke dick and
they are faced with losing manufcturing plants
in missouri and they want to discuss
strip clubs?
Where are the politicians coming from. If
it creates an extra dollar the state needs
it now more than ever.
Its showing how outof touch these guys in
Jeff city. This is a priority? this is the
most important issue they face right now?
The economy is collapsing and missouri wants
to shut down these strip clubs?
How about figuring out how to raise more money…
taking the money they get from these clubs
and investing in Missouri companies that
create jobs…
It’s getting time for a revolution and all these
jokers need to be replaced.
Whats the right thing to do? Kick these
mother fuckers out of office this year and
put in people who have priorities about whats
important to the people of missouri.

My country tits of thee. Sweet land of nudity. Of thee I sing. Let the girls work the poles, put money in their holes forget all the assholes…. let strippers strip!
Ptolemy
Considering the territory that the talent that “mans” these clubs is drawn from, perhaps a law prohibiting touching is not a bad idea?
Uncle Dick
Damn proud to be an American, Smartman! Bartle and his wife don’t fuck standing up, they’re afraid someone might see them and think they were dancing.
The Independent Rage
I still recall my first exposure to Matt Bartle. It was around the early 2000’s, and he was ranting and raving to anyone who would listen about a policy concerning the wearing of American flag lapels in the KOMU newsroom in Columbia (just the sort of significant issue that you’d expect a state lawmaker to concern his time with). Bartle is a poster child for the type of politician that I often refer to as a Deranged Right-Winger. Not that I ever fail to find any shortage of what I call Loony Left-Wingers, either.
