No mentions on your lists of TRANSFORMERS 2, AVATAR, or SHELOCK HOLMES?
Actually don’t blame you. I wouldn’t know where to put them either.
Hat to admit it Jack but I have to agree with you.

Hey Jack I agree with “Basterds” as ranking right up there. Haven’t seen “Up In The Air” yet but will spend 10 bucks based on your recommendation. If it’s a waste of my money you’ll hear from me.

Good call Jack, I hadn’t seen all the stinkers, but I heard as much….and the good ones are just that…much better year in film then last year and the year before…

Hurt Locker was great. Not sure if it was an 09 release but Defiance with Daniel Craig was the best movie I saw this year. Biggest disappointments were Star Trek and Hangover. Trek wasn’t bad. Just wasn’t great like everyone said. Hangover….didn’t find it all that funny. Kind of stupid humor which I liked when I was 13 and watching Porkys. Transformers was just what you expected-glorified trash.
The movie Adam which scored an A- with viewers was also very good and funny.
