Jack, you apparently are a dumbass. Nearly every company/retail outlet that has done gift cards for the last 5-7 years has imposed a similar fee. Christ, it’s in the news at least once a year, sometimes more, especially around the Christmas season. Geez.

Here is a similar story that if it wasn’t so whack would be funny. I had a $50 gift certificate for a local upscale restaurant. The waiter drops the bill for $128 and I give him my credit card and the gift card. He tells me that if I want to use the gift card, they will have to charge me a higher price for our two meals because they were

Good advice. I usually lose them or end up doing what Jack did and waiting too long. I think that is terrible what some companies do with them. There should be lawsuits and everyone should get their money back!

Sorry Jack. The real story here is that it took you two and a half years to have that “romantic night out….if you know get my drift.” Dude, that is so sad. No wonder you watch so many movies. Even a blind squirrel finds a nut every now and then…but 2 and half YEARS!!!! Glazer help this brother out.
