Keitzman has now reached the point where he honestly believes he’s doing Kansas City a favor by being on the air. I left that clown behind two years ago–there’s plenty of places to get KC sports coverage than WHB, the station that’s ‘powered by fans’.
And comparing Carl Peterson to David Glass shows a real lack of appreciation for the Peterson era, at least in the 90’s. 10-6, 11-5, and 13-3 records are looking pretty good to me right about now…

honor the really great athletes who have played
here…getting tacky by putting their names

And how do you extend the lack of class in
taking those names down…putting them on
a video screen when all we have here in kc
is tradition…the tradition of a once great
football team and program.

but watching replays of a cheifs game is

I’m with Randy I liked the ring of honor.
It’s hard for me to figure out what is nastiest. Pitino for doing her on a table. Her for letting him do her on a table. The restaurant for allowing that to be done on a table. Or the ast. coach who watched as he did her on a table. I would love to know what business is currently like. Its a sad state of our morals when he is supported by administration. He should of been canned. My take.

Bryce Harper will be the biggest bust in the history of the draft, If the Royals take him he’ll make Moustakas and Hosmer look like Mantle and Gehrig.
Brodie Croyle is the best QB the Chiefs have. Hands down. If our line could protect him, if our WRs could get open (like Bow was the other night) and if he can stay healthy, Croyle can play. I almost hope Cassel misses a game due to injury and Croyle comes in and lights it up. He’ll get popular in this town real fast.

Croyle making a move in Kansas City?

Over the weekend, we almost wrote a post on Brodie Croyle appearing to pass Tyler Thigpen on Kansas City’s quarterback depth chart. Ultimately, it didn’t make the cut.
On Tuesday, Kansas City Star writer Kent Babb wrote that he thought Croyle was playing so well, “he’s threatening [Matt] Cassel’s job.”
Now that’s a post.
Babb’s bold declaration — on Twitter, not in the newspaper — defies logic. Not only did the Chiefs trade for Cassel to be the starter, they handed him a huge contract only a month ago.
Seeing Cassel on the bench would be the most surprising development of a preseason in which Michael Vick became Donovan McNabb’s teammate.
Then again, Chiefs coach Todd Haley didn’t douse water on the notion Tuesday. Asked if Cassel has been the best quarterback in camp, Haley said: “I’ll hold off on answering that.”
We’ve read that Cassel has been inconsistent at times, but overall the reviews of his camp performance have been positive. Croyle played well in Kansas City’s preseason opener, but it’s hard to believe that would be enough to threaten Cassel.
It is clear, though, that Tyler Thigpen is the forgotten man in Kansas City. Babb wonders if Thigpen will even make the team.
It’s also clear that Chiefs coach Todd Haley thinks his team needs some tough love after the Herm Edwards era. Asked Tuesday about Brett Favre’s return, Haley turned the focus back inward.
“I’m just worried about this house. It’s on fire, and I’m trying to keep it from burning down.”
