   So…I’ve seen Mike perform several times, and while he may not have the stage presence of some singer/songwriters, I have always been blown away by his vocals and his interpretations of songs – both his own and old standards.

   I guess I’m not put off by “ordinary” musicians. In fact, I’ve been touched by Mike’s stories about his life as a musician, as well as his reflections on fatherhood and being a husband (from all I’ve seen I’ve been convinced that he is a gifted raconteur). I find the combination of his regular-guy persona and his incredibly powerful and moving songs to be a winner.

   I’d encourage you to give Mike another shot, if he’s ever in your area again.
