    It is impossible to “dumb down” the arts community. The arts community is without doubt the stupidest group of people on the planet. Fling a bunch of cow dung on a canvas and some idiot will pay 5 grand for it. And some other idiot will publish a breathless review about how the artist is really “pushing the envelope.”

    Ditto, what Timothy said. Those that can, do, those that can’t, teach, those that can’t teach, legislate or adjudicate, when you can’t do that there’s always the arts to fall back on.

    Ellen Foley was great on Night Court and an ok singer. But to skinny for most my taste.
